Colour, Bouquet, Palate:
Fresh straw yellow colour with green tinge. Stone-fruit aromas with subtle underlying citrus and gentle contributions of coconut and toasty oak, with nice lees complexity still developing.
Mid-weight, well-textured, smooth palate dominated by round stone-fruit flavours, finishing with gentle phenolics and fresh acids.

Food Suggestions:
Seafood risotto, chicken linguini, a bucket of prawns or light and tangy cheese.

Cellaring:
Will develop complexity over 2-4 years.
