Perched high on a hillside of magical Tamborine Mountain the Heritage enjoys sweeping views over the hinterland and out to the Pacific Ocean. The Heritage was formerly the Infant Saviour Catholic Church, Burleigh Heads, and saved from demolition, it has now been restored to create a destination of unsurpassed old world elegance. Among its classic features is the stunning cedar staircase for the bride and groom’s entry, and a mezzanine level where the bridal party can take a few quiet moments, enjoying their champagne and cocktails before being announced to the guests. In the winter months the magnificent stone open fireplace is lit which creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, when the cold night mists are swirling. These beautiful classic features add to the old world charm and help create an ambience of elegance of a former era. They make for some wonderful photographic images of your special day. Evening functions create their own magical ambience – with soft candle light while dining, looking out to the string of pearls of the gold coast lights, the Heritage becomes a romantic fairyland. We cater for small and intimate weddings through to wedding receptions up to 120 guests, with room for dancing and entertainment.
